Or The owner may develop the shopping center on his agreeing to give at least upto 25 per cent of the shops to the Corporation for the purpose of rehabilitation of shop-keepers displaced from sites reserved for public purposes or amenities in the development plan.

This facility will be available only in the suburbs and extended suburbs. Or The owner may develop the industrial estate on his agreeing to give at least upto 25 per cent of the galas to the Corporation for the purpose of rehabilitation of such industries which are to be rehabilitated from non- conforming areas or zones or who are displaced from sites reserved for public purposes or amenities in the development plan or other projects on payment of cost of construction plus 15 per cent of the cost of construction.
